I brought my cat, Tazzy, in for a check-up and was very pleased with the experience. Dr. Singh was highly professional and did not recommend any unnecessary tests. The cost estimates provided were clear and reasonable. The staff was exceptionally courteous and made sure we were well cared for throughout the visit. I would confidently recommend this veterinary hospital to others.

Called the hospital before taking my baby lalo in as an urgency care. They had availability within 20 min and the consultation time took 20 minutes as well. The staff is very nice and professional. Definitely gave me and my baby some peace of mind. It was $200 for everything (antibiotics, rabies shot and in home meds plus the consultation). I really recommend this hospital.

My partner and I found a kitten in the street who was in really bad shape. When we found him he was lethargic, wobbly, scared. One of his eyes was completely shut and the other had a very bad infection in it. He was starving. He was skin and bone and had maggots in his skin. He was covered in flees. We tried to bring the baby to the humane society because we were unsure if we could afford the medical care he needed. The humane society said they weren’t open and wouldn’t take him that day. So they referred us to Bonita Pet Care. We brought him in and Natalie at the front desk was so helpful and quick to assist. She went and got Dr. Singh, who admitted the kitten immediately. Bonita vet clinic gave us a “good samaritan” discount for the kittens care. They took such good care of the kitten and he is doing well! They even called to make sure he was doing okay. I could not recommend a vet hospital more. He’s not out of the woods yet, but with the quality of care he is actively receiving from Bonita Pet Care, I’m sure he’ll make the most heart warming recovery. We decided to keep him and name him Church. (Yes like the cat from pet cemetery lol!) thank you to all of the staff at Bonita Pet Care! And a special thank you to Natalie and Dr. Singh for their urgency and TLC.

I took my sister's cat for urgent treatment and they saw her right away, they prescribed her antibiotics. I take my dog for check ups as well and they're thorough when they check her.

Horrible!   Took in my senior Yorkie who was profusely bleeding from her female parts.    The doctor stated they could save her life for 2000 dollars.   We decided tearfully this was too much and asked for euthanasia.   The doctor refused saying our pup had a chance for survival.   We told them we couldn’t afford it and she still refused to honor our wishes.   Her suggestion was to take our dog to Tijuana.    My husband asked her how it was more humane to send our sick dog home to bleed out and die in pain????   She again refused to euthanize our dog.    The decision to have our family dog euthanized was hard enough without the doctor making us feel guilty that we wouldn’t spend 2000 dollars.   The office staff apologized over and over for the doctor’s behavior.   To be noted it was a doctor “sub.”   She said she trained under the regular doctor.   Just a devastating experience.    We ended up calling a mobile vet who came to take care of euthanasia.
